The DEEPER THAN DIVERSITY 5-Part Learning Journey, our flagship program, is meant to unlock the mindset and cultivate the skills needed to go deeper than diversity by laying the foundation of racial literacy and applying our Oneness Lab model to develop understanding and to engage around the five elements of relationship-building.
Creativity is central to the Oneness Lab process. Oneness Lab’s Creative Concerts & Keynotes is our series of arts-based, creative offerings presented by internationally renowned oL collaborators designed to heighten emotion, spark imagination, and impact company culture.
Oftentimes when engaging across an entire company, school district, or community, thought comments, and aspirations can get lost in the shuffle. For this reason, we offer extended Training Modules as Expansive Deep Dives Across The DEI Landscape to Amplify Learning. These offer more space for deeper engagement and discussion and are ideal for JEDI leadership teams, board of directors, etc.
