Homa Tavanger and Eric Dozier created an open, safe space where we were challenged to disrupt our implicit bias, develop racial literacy and recognize how those of us in privileged positions must take action to create a longer-lasting and genuine impact. The content in the sessions was both poignant and thought-provoking. I am continuing to reflect on what was shared and discussed. I hope to bring more colleagues along to the next one!
